Aaaargh I could scream! I have been tracking my calories for a week, and doing oh so good about eating less. So here is my caloric intake for the last week:

And what has my stupid weight done…? GONE UP! UGH!!!

Friday I ate too much ’cause I went to my parents for dinner. But really that shouldn’t have affected me too much. How on earth can I be eating an average of 1300 calories a day and gain weight! I refuse to beleive my body is in starvation mode. I refuse! Bleh. What a pain.
Well, I’m going to keep this up and see how it goes for the next week or so.

Well, here it is again, another week gone by! My weight is okay. I’m doing Spark People still and it’s working out well. I hate hate hate counting calories but it’s the only way I can really keep track of what I’m eating. Plus I get spark points, and I still don’t know what they are for but I get them anyway! So I have a loss this week of 0.2 lbs. Which isn’t too bad, and hopefully it’ll keep going down. I think it will, if I can avoid too much chocolate fondue this Friday night, and eat healthy at the agility trial too!

Okay… bleh. My weight just keeps hanging around about the same. But I joined up with SparkPeople.com and I’m going to track my calories for a while. It’s free, and I get points! LOL I dunno why but I like websites that give me something for my effort. Even though I don’t really know what the points get me. I guess I’ll find out.
I’m still doing Eat To Live, eating salads… mostly. And a bonus of this is that they are cheap. Lettuce, that is. I do need to find a low calorie and low or no fat dressing that I like that I can lather on the salads. I really don’t like the taste of lettuce by itself. Butter lettuce is my favorite but even it, I’m not sure if I can eat it plain.

Okay I guess I’ve been doing pretty crappy. =P Friday we went to a New Year party and I ate like a piggie, of course. So even though I eat well most of the time, when I over eat at parties it ruins most everything. So no more parties for a while! I am going to try hard to avoid any bad food for the whole month of January. It will be hard when I’m at the flyball tournament at the end of January. Maybe Christy will help me! I am still following Eat To Live and plan on doing so to drop this weight!
I may, also, have to exercise, but we’ll see about that. I’m not too good about committing to an exercise program. Ugh. Well, I’ll think on it some. I’m thinking of Yoga or a home program I can commit to.

Well I haven’t gained or lost this week… and I find it interesting and I’ll tell you why! I ate some non-veggies on Friday, and then on Saturday I ate a lot of chocolate at the agility trial. I didn’t think that would hurt, since I ate salad both days, with beans. But apparently it did. My weight went up a bit the end of last week, and so I didn’t eat any chocolate yesterday, just my salad and fruit that I had brought. And my weight went right down again. So back to my Eat To Live plan!
Next weekend is gonna be tough. Saturday is our flyball team’s holiday party, and I’ll see if I can stick to veggies but it will be hard. And then Sunday is my friend’s at work party… and we are going to the Melting Pot and I sooooo Love the Melting Pot! So I plan on stuffing myself there. So next week, if I’m even again, I’ll be okay with that. Ugh! December is hard.

Well here we are again another Tuesday. Wow time sure does fly! I’m doing okay… following Eat To Live. However last night we went to my husband’s sister’s house and she had these super yummy rice crispy treats with peanut butter. I ate too many. But for the most part I ate veggies and fruit. One and a half roll… not bad. Today we went out to lunch to Mexican. Fortunately I don’t like Mexican food, so I got an icky salad and some tortillas. I do like their tortillas. Mexican is easy for me to resist. Just like donuts, I don’t like them much either. Bagels I do like though!

Okay.. well, here we go! LOL. I actually haven’t weighed myself and I don’t want to for a week. My stomach is bigger, though, than before the cruise.

Here we go! I’m back on the bandwagon.
This morning when I weighed myself, I was down 1.5 pounds again. But I know I know, I shouldn’t weigh myself every dang day. Just once a week, and that is what this is for! But still I can’t seem to help myself.
I hope I stop getting cravings in the evenings, too. That is the worst time of day for me!
Oh and edit… I have a dog seminar this weekend that is making me very nervous… food wise. Dangit, I don’t want to over eat, but I’m not sure what I should bring!
