I haven’t had much time to watch all the new shows this week! My DVR is full up with lots of them. As I sit here and read the shows I have recorded, I have CSI Miama, SVU, Cold Case, and How I Met Your Mother.

Instead of sitting on my butt watching TV I should get some fitness advice, but alas, it’s PMS week so all I want to do is sit on my butt and eat and watch TV or knit or play on the computer. Such Fun.

I guess I should record what day it is… it’s day 19, which is just the time to start getting cranky. And I have been feeling pretty awful for the last couple of months… I think I’ll talk more about that tomorrow. Hrmph.

Tonight we are going to practice Flyball because we skipped practice Sunday night because of rain. Should be fun. I’m going to take Tatum with for socialization. It’ll be fun to go to our first flyball tournament in October. I hope the weather is okay for the drive.

I still hate driving in the weather. When it’s clear I don’t have a problem anymore. Though I’m a bit tired of driving since I’ve done so much this summer. I could drive to get some plastic surgery in Houston, Texas, but man Texas is a big state. There are flyball championships in Texas that my club can go to, but I really don’t think I want to drive that far. It’s like 13 hours one way! Ugh.

Anyway… Bionic Woman tonight too! I probably can’t watch until Thursday.

Yesterday afternoon was just about as busy as… well, okay I said the morning was relaxing, but it wasn’t, really. Not with the dogs and the maid. So the whole day felt busy yesterday. I wish I could visit some day spas for relaxation. A full body massage and a mud bath would be awesome.

Anyway so I took Lucy and Levi to the dog vet / chiropractor yesterday afternoon. I just like her a lot. She’s expensive.. but really, the herbs I got for Lucy are the same price as the metacam she’s on, that we are trying to cut back. Hopefully they will work. So really it’s not that much more.

Nothing much going on tonight. It’s TV Premier week on regular TV… I’m excited to watch some shows, including the Bionic Woman. Should be interesting.

Ugh, my little baby mouse that I take everywhere I go… and plug into my laptop via the USB port, seems to have died. The drawbacks of this are many.

As I eat prunes and type, my touchpad is getting sticky… yeah I know, I shouldn’t eat and do the touchpad but I can’t stop either. And I keep hitting the touchpad when I type, because I don’t have it turned off now. If I turn it off it takes me 3 seconds to realize it’s off. Yeah I know… sometimes I just have blonde moments.

Plus, I have to go buy a new one, which I really don’t want to do. I wonder if the Husband has an extra full sized mouse lying around somewhere.

Well, Friday is a good TV show night, and I’m sitting back getting ready to watch Flash Gordon on my leather home theater seating… err, well, I wish. I’m on the couch instead. But it’s comfortable enough. I just wish SciFi broadcast in HD.

There is absolutely nothing to watch on TV tonight. So I’m watching a show on KUED, local PBS station, about Amazon Warrior Women.

The thing I like to do when I get off work is to relax, veg, and sit down to a good show. All the dogs have chew bones and are being nice and quiet working on them. They ran around like nuts a lot in the yard today, so now it’s down time.

Maybe I’ll watch Torchwood again. I just can’t get enough of John Barrowman and I’m glad they are playing Torchwood on BBCA now.

He’s for everyone of us… stands for everyone of us… and I seem to remember lyrics like… King of the Universe! That would be from the Queen song. I love Queen.

Anyway, Flash Gordon is a new TV show on the Sci Fi Channel. It just premiered last Friday with an hour and a half episode. I enjoyed it. The lead actor is Eric Johnson, who I have never seen before. But according to IMDB.com he has been in many different and varied acting projects. Personally, I thought he did a rather good job as Flash Gordon. Plus, from a woman’s perspective, he’s quite attractive and nice to look at during the show. I don’t think he’s a natural blond but I could be wrong.

The women on the show, as usual anymore, are skinny and gorgeous. They can make any woman feel fat and ugly. Oh well, it’s TV, not reality. We know average women are not so thin and not so gorgeous.

The story had a fun plot line and we got to see Ming, the bad guy, and his planet. I don’t remember much of the original series, though I did watch it a little bit. Anyone else here watch the original series?

I will be watching tonight and following the series, and hopefully it holds up to the other Sci Fi shows that I really enjoy. I can’t stand watching their Saturday movies, they are awful, but their TV series have been quite good so far.

Oh my gosh, I just had to post about this. Joe Vs. the Volcano is on TV right now, in HD, and it is sooo stinking funny I can’t handle myself.

There are so many priceless lines in this show I just love it. One of my favorites goes something like “I’ve done in 3 years what i could have done in 6 months at this job..” no no, not that I can relate to that.
“You think I feel good? Nobody feels good. I don’t let it bother me, I don’t let it interfere with my job…” ROFL

Too fun. I just typed in a search about 10 minutes ago on Blingo (I use Blingo instead of Google), and I won a movie ticket! I’m excited. A friend invited me, so I hope she gets one, too.

Too fun. I haven’t won anything in a long time. It’s kinda ironic, because my husband and I just got back from seeing Pirates of the Carribean about two hours ago. LOL I should have won it before we went!

I couldn’t help myself! I have the Dish Network. And although they are expensive, I love my TV. Last black friday (Day after Thanksgiving) I went and bought myself an HDTV Plasma flat-panel. I Love the darn thing and watch TV to relax. I’d say I watch too much, but I don’t, as the dogs keep me busy away from the TV.

Anyway, I bought a Vizio VP42 42″ HDTV. Its gorgeous. I just wish more programming was in HD. But alas, it’s coming.

So anyway, I’ve also been watching a lot of Doctor Who lately, and the spinoff, Torchwood. And the only place to watch Torchwood is on BBCA.. starting in September-ish this year. And although I’ve already seen them all, I want to see them on TV!

Also, I would love to have Animal Planet. And this upgraded package will give me that, too. And it looks like they have a number of good shows on BBC America that I would like to watch!

So now I want to go watch TV! Also, the Series Finale of SG1 is on tonight. Hrm. Well, I’m liking Atlantis better, anyway, but I’ll miss SG1.
