Nose Breathing and Yoga

So last night I went to my first Yoga class. It was really fun I enjoyed it. It was also a lot of work and my muscles are not very strong. But I hope to go back and get some strength built in my sorry old and weak body! I might go back on Wednesday after work.. but I’m not sure yet. It still makes me a bit nervous!

My nose is completely stuffed. Maybe they have colon cleanses for noses… bleh. I think I might have to go to an Ear Nose Throat doctor and see what is going on. The ONLY thing that clears me up is Afrin, and that stuff is not good to use for any length of time. I use it for 3 days and then I stop so I don’t get addicted to it. Bleh.

Anyway, I also hope I don’t get sick, as my Husband has been sick for the last week and it’s really hard to not catch stuff from the Husband. Oh well.

I’m tired, and it’s time for bed!

    OMG Yoga is so hard! My boss does it and bombards me with stories. Not Fun. Good luck tho, if you like it keep it up ! and good luck w/the Nose too…. I hate that !

    Heck yeah it is… dang, they have us hold poses and my muscles just shake from the effort. But hopefully it’ll help me get stronger!
