Raw Sore Mouth

ugh… I ate some potato chips yesterday, which I shouldn’t have anyway, but they were good and I’ve been on my feet all weekend. And now the inside of my mouth is just raw and sore. Also, I seem to be biting the inside of my mouth too frequently lately when I eat, and it hurts like crazy!
Not sure what is up. My nose is stuffed, too. Been doing to nasal rinse at least once a day, but still my nose has been packed full most of the day and night. I used some over the counter spray the last two nights so I could sleep.
I am going to look around some more for some homeopathic or natural nasal and sinus loosening agents, see what I can find. My sinuses are just packed solid. No drip, no runny nose… just a sold mass.. UGH!

I haven’t tried one yet, but I saw them on The Doctors and a couple of other shows. They have these nettle pots that you fill with a saline solution and then you pour the saline solution in one side of your nose and out the other. It’s supposed to clear the stuffiness plus help prevent sinus infections. I’ve seen them at Walgreens and CVS for around $10, so they shouldn’t be too hard to find.
