A Full Bladder And A Dry Mouth

So I read recently somewhere that you should drink enough water to keep your lips and mouth moist. Hrm… well, I don’t like drinking water all day, mainly because I don’t like to spend a large chunk of my day in the bathroom. When I drink a lot, I have to potty a lot and it gets old, fast! And I swear I never drink enough to have a moist mouth.
I know I’m supposed to drink 8 cups of water a day… though according to the Eat To Live plan, Dr. Furhman says that since I eat so many veggies that have such a high water content, that maybe I don’t quite have to drink that much. Which I’m glad. And water gets pretty boring after a while. I wish I could find a safe healthy flavoring to put in the water. And I don’t like lemon, ewww! My husband (who is back from his trip, BTW) uses the sugar free koolaid like mix but it has some things I don’t know if they are very good for us. What would be healthy and safe?
I’ve been drinking a lot of tea, which I like. Yogi Teas are great! I love most of them and I think they are pretty healthy too.
How many glasses of water do you drink a day? Are you going to the bathroom a lot? Ugh!

I drink a lot. but I consider my Coffee as water and my Coke as water too
But I have at least 3 glasses of water a Day. I seem to be thirsty alot if I dont. and yeah…I pee every hour on the hour. it sucks.
One of the podcasts that I listen to says that any 0 calorie beverage that you drink that is sugar free and caffiene free can count for your water intake. So even decaf coffee can count toward your 8 cups a day.
I’ve been drinking these 0 calorie Vita Rain drinks that I get at costco. One has caffiene but the others don’t! I will bring you one so you can try it! They are loaded with vitamins too.
Ohh and I have been trying to drink at least 64 oz of water during my work shift. It usually works out ot be more like 40. After drinking so much water for an extended period of time – I feel like I am making less trips to the bathroom than i did when I first started~

Redbush (rooibos) tea is somethng I enjoy. Some people say they don’t like the smell. You can put milk in it, but I wouldn’t
Celestial seasonings makes an “instant” tea called Zingers to Go.It’s sweetened with Stevia. I’m a fan of the Orange Wave myself : Ingredients: Maltodextrin (corn), herbal blend (hibiscus, orange peel, rosehips), citric acid, natural tangerine flavor with other natural flavors, stevia and paprika (color).

Like you, I do not like to drink water as well as I do not have the luxury to go to the bathroom anytime. Thanks for the tip on Yogi Tea. I will surely try it out and hope that it will keep me dehydrated and healthy.
It is advised that we should drink at least 6 to 8 glasses a day to keep hydrated. And water is the best medicine to all sickness. Tea and coffee are good too because they have antioxidants which is good for your health.
