Okay I guess I’ve been doing pretty crappy. =P Friday we went to a New Year party and I ate like a piggie, of course. So even though I eat well most of the time, when I over eat at parties it ruins most everything. So no more parties for a while! I am going to try hard to avoid any bad food for the whole month of January. It will be hard when I’m at the flyball tournament at the end of January. Maybe Christy will help me! I am still following Eat To Live and plan on doing so to drop this weight!
I may, also, have to exercise, but we’ll see about that. I’m not too good about committing to an exercise program. Ugh. Well, I’ll think on it some. I’m thinking of Yoga or a home program I can commit to.

At least you are still down overall! The holidays were SO hard. I need to get on an exercise routine too. I figured I have never been good at doing any kind of routine. How in the world can I do this? Let me know if you figure it out!

the holidays sucked, but thank goodness (or maybe not) i got sick on new year’s eve. the only way i lost the 2 lbs lol seriously though, i’m committed fully this year to my weight loss efforts as my non-resolution goals are to see things through and not do anything half way.

You can do this! I am doing a at home workout program and I am loving it, I feel stronger already. And I love Yoga, maybe even try Pilaties?
