Taking it Off Together Tuesday – Week 26

Well I haven’t gained or lost this week… and I find it interesting and I’ll tell you why! I ate some non-veggies on Friday, and then on Saturday I ate a lot of chocolate at the agility trial. I didn’t think that would hurt, since I ate salad both days, with beans. But apparently it did. My weight went up a bit the end of last week, and so I didn’t eat any chocolate yesterday, just my salad and fruit that I had brought. And my weight went right down again. So back to my Eat To Live plan!
Next weekend is gonna be tough. Saturday is our flyball team’s holiday party, and I’ll see if I can stick to veggies but it will be hard. And then Sunday is my friend’s at work party… and we are going to the Melting Pot and I sooooo Love the Melting Pot! So I plan on stuffing myself there. So next week, if I’m even again, I’ll be okay with that. Ugh! December is hard.

December is hard! You are doing good to maintain. I think the reason I lost this week is because I have gained so much in the past few weeks. But at least I am back down! I tried to change my blog to open ID comments. You will have to let me know if it worked. I really don’t know what I am doing!

Hi Joey.. nope, I won’t lower my goal once I reach 147. That is where I am comfortable and where I’m going to stay. My goal, then, will be to stay there!
Good job staying the same. With all that’s going on in December it’s a wonder we haven’t all gained a bunch. Good luck at the party.

Hey Christy! I could loan you my Eat To Live book. I love it! I dropped 20 pounds a couple of years ago.. they just melted off. It was amazing. This month is harder for me but there’s so much yummy chocolate around! LOL
it’s great that you didn’t gain anything. it’s so hard during this time. then the pms (even when you don’t get that time of the month anymore like myself)on top of it. stress plays a major part in my efforts to lose weight, too. i think that’s why i haven’t been losing. very stressed lately.
For this time of year I think no change is a wonderful thing. Keep up the good work and have a wonderful week.
