Taking It Off Together Tuesday

Well apparently I’m not doing too hot on the weight loss thing. I’m doing Weight Watchers and, I must admit, I discovered the Weight Watchers Ice Cream Desserts and they are yummy. I’ve been having 2 or so of them a day.. which adds up to 4 or 6 points. And I do incorporate that into my daily points, but I’m wondering if they are just not good to eat than many a day. But I so love my ice cream!!!
Okay, so this week I’ll try to just have one a day. Plus I had two splurge days… actually, make that three with making Marzipan on Sunday, last week. I cannot have that many splurge days. I had one today too, we went to Squatters Pub Brewery at lunch so only a little dinner for me. Anyway, I’m learning what I can and can’t do so hopefully next week will be better!

You know – I think everyday has been a splurge day for me ha ha. Actually, I did better last week I thought! I even exercised one day … anyway better luck this week! What does Open ID mean? I don’t know too much about blogging yet, but would be up to do anything!

Oh, those splurge days. I had one on Sunday myself. It was my sister’s birthday. Our friend made her a pineapple upside down cake.
I found something that helps when I want to eat something I shouldn’t have. Ice Breakers Sours. They don’t really satisfy the craving, but they give me a taste in my mouth that can help distract me. Hasn’t been working too well today, tho.
Hang in there. And try to save those splurge days for Thanksgiving!

I think everyday has been a splurge day for me. I need to buckle down a bit more. I have a feeling i have a big gain coming next week if I don’t. I write this as I am eating yummy lobster bisque soup though!! hahaha

i usually don’t eat a lot of sweets or junk, but for some reason, the last couple of weeks i’ve been wanting AND eating nothing but junk. i can’t seem to break my soda habit either *sigh* just seems like if we take one step forward, it’s always two steps back the next time…but i think we can do it. i think we can get out of this rut next week. we gotta!
i need someone to light a fire under my bum so i can be motivated to exercise.
