Too Much Neck Pain

Oh my gosh.. Saturday night and Sunday morning my neck hurt so bad I could hardly move. I was at the Control Unleashed dog training seminar both days, and it was awful. My neck, not the seminar. 
The seminar was good.
I wrapped my neck up with my Ravenclaw scarf the second day to see if it keeping it warm would help. And strangely enough I think it did. Also, standing and moving helped instead of sitting and dwelling on the pain.
Today I’m okay.. I still have much more pain than I’d like, but it’s not too unbearable. Bleh. I hate pain.
Well, I have to go feed Lucy her breakfast, I will post more later!

I am sorry tho that you are not up to 100%. I think we are getting old – well maybe I am just getting old. I hope you feel better soon. and that your neck gets better too. My legs fall asleep at work a lot too these days. I think cuz I dont move for like hours! ugh. Take care XO

Thanks Chris.. I am okay, sitting here working from home today, my neck is hurting pretty bad again. I finally called the doc to see if there is something I can take for the pain I have now. Bleh.
Dear Cynthia- I noticed your blog post on Blog Catalog and I am sorry to hear that you are having neck pain. Have you tried some type of stretching exercises for your neck? Muscle work using a natural pain relieving gel may benefit you as well. I hope this helps, and you are feeling better.
