Take It Off Together Tuesday

Here we go! I’m back on the bandwagon. :) This morning when I weighed myself, I was down 1.5 pounds again. But I know I know, I shouldn’t weigh myself every dang day. Just once a week, and that is what this is for! But still I can’t seem to help myself.

I hope I stop getting cravings in the evenings, too. That is the worst time of day for me!

Oh and edit… I have a dog seminar this weekend that is making me very nervous… food wise. Dangit, I don’t want to over eat, but I’m not sure what I should bring!

    Welcome Back! Good to have you with us again … sounds like you are doing well so far this week with the loss. I have found these 100 calorie snacks (I LOVE to snack) … I don’t like a lot of them, but one that is good is Honey Maid Cheesecake Delight Bars … mmmm.

    glad to see you back w us! hey, i weigh myself everyday, too…it’s to help keep me on top of things. if i go up, then i know i’m doing something to take me up there and need to stop doing those things to bring me back down. no change is better than a gain, too. keep up the good work.

    I’m so glad you’re back! I’ve been following your accident stuff and praying for you. Isn’t it great when you can finally step back into things? I think it’s awesome that you haven’t gained. And I’ve just read about your cruise, too! Lucky you! I’ve heard the diving around Grand Cayman is about the best. You’ll have to share with all of us!
