CynthiaAs you may or may not know, my laptop (which is my main computer) runs Windows Vista. So far, it’s been a pretty good operating system. At first I liked it a lot. And still, I think I like it better than Windows XP. But then again, I’m one of those users who likes bells and whistles and I like it when things look pretty. 
Things can happen with PCs.. bad things, as you may know. Or you may have experienced. I have been required to reinstall my operating system more than one time myself. Even on this laptop. Just the once, when I made the mistake of installing service pack 1 for Vista. It broke my sound driver and I could not figure out how to fix it, so a reinstall was in order.
If you have problems with your installation of Windows Vista, you can always try to call their customer support line. Businesses and individuals alike have access to Windows Vista support. I have never talked to them, myself. But they are available. My husband is usually my windows support guy. He’s awesome and usually knows the answer to all my problems!
