Six Tomato Sandwiches
Six Tomato SandwichesOkay still no picture of a dandelion farm, but my husband went to the store and bought me some of that 45 calorie bread, and we have fresh tomatoes in the garden, so I made these sandwiches!
Yum! They were good. I did put some mayo on them. What’s a tomato sandwich without mayo? But just a touch, just enough for flavor. And salt and pepper. I love home grown tomatoes. Best food in the world. Best comfort food. I ate until I was stuffed. 
And open faced sandwiches are the best. Of course i don’t have rye bread, good German rye bread, that makes them even better. But oh well, I made do!
