I\'ve got a friend who runs a body shop and he does not have a high opinion of Sterling, since they are owned by Allstate. I once had a car insured with a subsidiary of Allstate and ended up cancelling it when they really went cheap on a claim. The only claim that I had had with them in over 20 years. They lost me as a customer over $800. It seems to me to be a bad business decision. It's unclear to me if you are insured by Allstate or not, since I came across this blog on an unrelated search. By the way, I REALLY REALLY LIKE the page that you go to if you get the chapcta(sp) wrong that gives you a chance to copy your page. What a great feature to have enabled.
