Hi Paul thanks for your comment. Books are usually better… though they are tear jerkers more than the movies. I wonder if the book is on CD, maybe I’ll rent it from the library.

I have seen the movie and read the book. The book is MUCH better. In fact, the movie does not follow the book well at all. At the end of the movie, though, Will Smith and the real life Chris Gardner cross paths, nod, and say "Hello." That was kinda neat.
