First of all… Happy Forth of July!!!

I was going to title this post ‘Tree House’ but that would be a bit misleading, I think! My friend got a little tree in the mail and didn’t have anywhere to plant it. So she gave it to me. It’s a norway pine. When I took it out of the plastic package it seemed good an healthy, little green sprouts and everything. That was last week.

It’s been in the high 90s and even 100 degrees here lately, and I think it’s taking it’s toll on the poor little tree. It’s so fragile. I’ve tried to remember to water it every day, twice a day. But the green isn’t so green anymore. The needles by the trunk is still green, but I’m worried that is’ not quite going to make it. We don’t have much outdoor lighting to keep the guy up at night… though maybe that would be good? Hrm.

You can see the teeny tiny tree on the bottom left of the below picture. Well, maybe you can see it!
