I will get zonealarm. I have heard good things about it. I do run Avast as my virus scanner, AdAware as my adware scanner, and Spybot too. If you don't pick up anything with virus scanners and don't really experience any weirdness on your computer (popups, internet usage when you're not using it, etc) then it's probably just some software that uses is. Just make sure you've got a decent firewall. The Vista one works but still isn't that great. I'd recommend the ZoneAlarm free edition.
