Not Loosing Weight

Bah! Bah and double bah! I’ll tell you again… bah!
I have been gaining my weight back. I won’t say how much… but when I go out to agility trials and things, I think I should just splurge, and so I do and that is where my troubles lie.
At the Farmington Arena they have these really yummy cheese fries with real cheese. I have to stop eating them. I have to stop having their pancakes for breakfast.
I think I need a plan. I need to make food and bring it with me. I’m not sure what I can make and bring cold though. Hrm.. maybe tuna something. That might be good.
I’m on my feet for 12 hours sometimes on agility days. And dangit, that burns a lot of points!
On a good note, I did go lift weights today. ![]()

I suggest letting yourself still eat the yummys when you are at the trials, but try to eat LESS of it. Can you order a smaller portion? Or make yourself leave 1/4 of it on the plate? That way you can still enjoy it and feel less guilty. Oh and eat SLOW, you’ll feel full faster.

Most people seem to be falling of the wagon around this time. Me too and on top of that it’s also TOM so I have a hard time sticking to my points this week. In fact I’m in the red, lol. But I will not give up and will not let it go out of hand. Eating slow and pausing between bites works for me and drinking water half an hour before eating also helps.
