Quails on the Roof
Though I don’t have an Orlando rental home and I would like one, we still get nice views from our backyard. As I was letting the pack out back to potty this evening I saw these Quails on the roof of our neighbor’s shed.
I snapped a few pictures and I like this one best. They are a bit dark because I turned off the flash, but when I had the flash on it lit up the shed too much. Here you can see the blue evening sky and the outlines of the Quails. I thought it was a fun, artsy kind of picture. I love California Quails. We have them all over here in Salt Lake City. I love the little tiny babies when they are running around.
I always worry about them living in this crazy city life. Poor birds. I guess they do okay, though, as they stay around.
Hrmm as I view this skin on my monitor, it is pretty wide. I have a wide screen monitor on my laptop and if I don’t have the window expanded all the way out, I have to use the scroll bar. Is this skin too wide for the average viewer? If so, I can see about making it more narrow.
