I’m Getting Nothing Done!

Okay, I’m getting work done… during work hours. I have a report that I really need to finish up and it’s driving me up the freakin’ wall. Good thing, I’m learning much more about SQL than I thought I wanted to know. Inner joins, left joins, right joins… ugh. I need to get this done this week!
But during non-work hours I’m spending too much time figuring out if there is a good calendar sidebar gadget for Vista. I haven’t found one yet. All of them just display a calendar looking image, or else a dumb ‘google’ image. I want one that actually displays my items of things in my calendar, in text format, in the sidebar. Does this not exist? Maybe I need to write one. Dangit.
And I’m trying to figure out how to merge my old Thunderbird Email with my new Thunderbird Email on my new laptop. Crapola. Shouldn’t be so hard. Moving from XP to XP was easy. Moving to Vista… no freakin’ clue. I am not even sure what directory Thunderbird is using.. though I think I have that figured out.
And if I lose my mouse one more time because I accidentally touch the laptop touchpad when typing, I might just have to pass out and give it all up as a bad job. Ugh!
Oh, on a good note, the maids came today! Woo Hoo! The upstairs is so nice and clean! I love it. She spent 3 hours cleaning our crap upstairs and didn’t have time for downstairs. I gave her a $15 tip because our house is so completely awful. But not as awful now!

I have a new Dell and I HATE Vista…abort, abort, find XP somewhere and get rid of the Vista!

Hi Molly, it is relaxing after the cleaners come, I love it.
I actually don’t mind Vista… yet. Lots of Deny or Allow, just like that Mac commercial, and I don’t like that it’s locking me out of some folders.. but I’m getting the hang of it.
