Dream Talking

I don’t remember much from last night. Actually, I think I just did dream talking… dream thinking again. Which makes for an odd, and not very restful night. Though I think I slept okay. I am tired this morning, though.

So not much to report today. I need to do some dream analysis, I think, to see why I’m dreaming what I’m dreaming.

I used to have crazy dreams - but this isn’t about me, it’s about you. I’m not a MD but an RX for your dreams might be tied to what and when you ate before retiring. It might be food related or time related - meaning going to be too early or late.???? Hope you get it all worked out.

Probably eating too many Chocolate Chips before bed! Actually, I went to flyball practice with my dogs last night, lots of activity until 8:30pm, then to bed at 9:30pm. Not much cool down time.
