Almost Thanksgiving

It is the day before Thanksgiving. I hope I don’t eat too much tomorrow. I will try. My weight was 154 this morning which is still too high. And when I don’t feel well I eat badly, which I shouldn’t do… comfort food, I know. Maybe it makes me feel a little bit better but not all that much.
My neck/back is still hurting quite a bit. I don’t know what the heck is going on. I have a doctor appointment with an orthopedic doctor who does neck/back next Wednesday the 29th. Soonest they could get me in.
Practicing agility last Saturday was a bad thing. That night my neck hurt so bad it woke me up. 
So we didn’t go to flyball on Sunday. Nor did we go to obedience class Monday night. Gads I hate missing class! And Chase so needs the activities especially.
But, I guess I have to put the oxygen mask on myself first. If I injure myself then I won’t be able to do things with the dogs at all.
So I sit upright in my chair at work with a heating pad on my back, I don’t carry Cheyenne up or down the stairs at home, and I’m not playing tug or doing anything too physical. Hrmph.
I hope it’s nothing big.
I also went in for the Spot Film, the follow up to my mammogram. Was nothing.. just a fold of flesh.
