		<description>Interesting blog. :)&lt;br/&gt;I hope you find yourself being able to let go a bit, at dog camp! I don&#039;t have SA (quite the opposite I guess) but I definitely get competitive and anxious about performing well; I hate to do poorly.&lt;br/&gt;When I started competing in dog agility, I was a nervous wreck at my first trial. Then I realised, part of the fun is realising so much stuff is out of our control anyhow, and accepting the loss of control was only OK, but part of relating to other people in the same situation. I watched my own agility instructor make a fool of herself in the ring and laugh about it - I figured, well the humbling sillieness is just part of it!&lt;br/&gt;Anyhow, I hope you have a lovely time and if you&#039;re going to the one in Michigan, give a report!</description>
